CHICKEN TERIYAKI
(AYAM SAUS TERIYAKI)

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg breast chicken
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 whole browns onions, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 tablespoons honey
salt as you wish
pepper as you wish
2 tablespoons of margarine for sautéing


SEASONING FOR MARINADE:

5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman Brand)
1 teaspoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons sesame oil


HOW TO MAKE:

Cut the breast chicken into cube or as you wish
Marinate the chicken with Seasoning for marinate.
Put in the container and leave approximately 1 hour.
Heat margarine in a wok with medium heat.
Saute garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and the remaining seasoning for marinade. Mix well.
Cook the chicken with medium heat until fully cooked and changes colour.
Add salt, pepper, and honey to taste
Mix well.
Cook until seasoning is absorbed and chicken is cooked.
Mix well.
Add sliced onions, and sliced red capsicum.
Mix well for 1 minute.
Lift and set a side.
Ready to serve with warm rice...

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:

1 kg dada ayam
5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 siung bawang bombay, iris memanjang
1 buah paprika merah, iris memanjang
1 sendok makan madu
garam sesuai selera
merica sesuai selera
2 sendok makan mentega untuk menumis

BUMBU RENDAMAN (MARINATE):

5 sendok makan kecap asin
4 sendok makan saus tiram
8 sendok makan saus teriyaki (merek Kikoman)
1 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sendok makan minyak wijen


CARA MEMBUAT:

potong dada ayam kotak-kotak, atau memanjang atau sesuai selera.
rendam daging ayan=m dengan bumbu rendaman.
Taruh didalam kontainer dan diamkan selama 1 jam.
Panaskan mentega didalam wajan penggorengan dengan menggunakan api sedang.
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum.
Tambahkan ayam dan seluruh sisa bumbu rendaman. Aduk rata.
Masak ayam dengan menggunakan api sedang sampai matang dan berubah warna.
Tambahkan garam, merica dan madu secukupnya.
Aduk rata.
Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan ayam matang.
Aduk rata.
Tambahkan potongan bawang bombay dan paprika merah.
Aduk rata selama 1 menit.
Angkat dan sisihkan.
Siap disantap dengan nasi hangat.
